Ghislaine Noelle Marion Maxwell is a British convicted sex offender and former socialite. In 2021, she was found guilty of child sex trafficking and other offenses in connection with the financier and convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein. In June 2022, she was sentenced in a New York court to 20 years imprisonment.
The verdict of the judges states that Maxwell was involved with sourcing and grooming the minor girls for Epstein, some of which were minor and were later sexually abused by Jeffrey Epstein.
