Last night, a young woman was found dead with injuries inside a house in the capital city. The incident occurred on the 9th floor of H. Sheereen Villa, located on Brevimagu, K. Male’.
It is learned that parts of the victim’s body were separated in the attack. The arms and legs of the deceased were amputated, and his neck was also severely stabbed. According to reporters at the scene, two bodybags were taken to the ambulance separately.
A Maldivian man was apprehended from the crime scene in connection with the case. He was arrested from the house and taken to the police vehicle wearing a hazmat suit.
